Sales policies

Terms of payment

ADORNO ORIGINALS sells to the trade only. All our prices are in US dollars. Discounts are available with high volume orders. Trade professionals (interior designers, decorators, architects) that do not have a front-store can qualify for our special discount prices provided proof of professional affiliation and a valid resale tax id. For additional information, please contact us. A 50% deposit is required at the time you place your order. The remaining 50% is expected before shipment from Laredo. Your order will not be delivered unless full payment has been received.

For the deposit ADORNO ORIGINALS will accept the following methods of payment:

To pay the balance due of your account before shipping, we will accept the following:

Please indicate in your order your payment option and supply the requested information

  • Bank transfers: All charges from bank transfers are to be paid by the customer. Please add U.S. $12.00 to your invoice to cover bank transfer charges. Wire instructions will be provided with order confirmation and shipment confirmation.
  • Checks: Payments may also be made by check. Make checks payable to ADORNO Originals. Payment should be mailed to 2437 Bay Area Blvd. #112, Houston, TX 77058. A one-week waiting period is applied to pending orders in for any returned check.
  • Credit cards: We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa). When making credit card payments, you assert that you are the authorized cardholder of the card, bound by the terms and conditions of the card issuer, with full authority to create a binding contract for sales. We use the secure socket layer technology (SSL) in our secure server to encrypt your credit card number, name and address. You must supply the credit card number and expiration date with your order.

Shipping & delivery

All prices shown on our website do not include shipping costs.
ADORNO merchandise is FOB Laredo, Texas. Please provide shipping instructions with your order. All shipping and insurance expenses from Laredo to the final destination is the responsibility of the buyer. ADORNO will verify shipping instructions prior to delivery.
If you work with a particular shipping carrier, we will gladly accommodate your request.

Product warranty

ADORNO ORIGINALS warrants its products to be 100% free of defects in workmanship and materials.

Cancellations

A full refund of the 50% deposit will be given if the order is cancelled within five business days of order receipt. The deposited payment is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after five business days of receipt of the order. Keep in mind that all of our products are 100% handcrafted, and therefore, to be able to deliver your order on time, production has to begin as soon as your order is received.

Returns & exchanges

ADORNO ORIGINALS accepts returns and exchanges of merchandise.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, notify us within 10 business days of receipt by submitting a Return Request Form, indicating whether you want an exchange, refund or credit to your account. The form can be found on this website.
Upon receipt of the returned items, your account will be credited, a refund processed or an exchange of goods will be shipped per your instructions. All items must be returned in its original condition and original packaging. You will be responsible for all shipping expenses, including insurance. A 15% restocking charge applies to all returns which are not a result of damages as a result of shipment or defects.

Damaged items

All shipments must be thoroughly inspected upon arrival. Damages resulting from shipment should be reported and a claimed filed with the carrier. Make sure you retain the original packaging so that it may be inspected by the carrier.
ADORNO ORIGINALS guarantees its workmanship. In the event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 10 business days by submitting a Damage Report Form. The form can be found on this website. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging. Shipping instructions will be forwarded to you upon receipt of your claim.

Privacy policy

ADORNO ORIGINALS will not give away, sell, rent or lease your personal information to any third party. Providing ADORNO ORIGINALS with your contact information authorizes ADORNO ORIGINALS to contact you through mailings, e-mail, fax and telephone.
